The Resource Efficiency in the Republic of Tatarstan journal is issued on an annual basis by Resolution No. 745 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan dated December 28, 2002. It is an informational project aimed at covering the focused expert opinion on enhancing the energy efficiency and energy saving, as well as the matters of informational, analytical, scientific, manufacturing, technical, and legal support for the energy resource efficiency policy of the Republic-wide, branch, and corporate programs of energy saving and enhancing the energy efficiency in the Republic of Tatarstan.
This edition of the journal presents a unique concentration of estimates, views, opinions, forecasts, and development trends in the area of energy saving and enhancing the energy efficiency, as well as the current information on the implementation of the Energy Saving and Enhancing the Energy Efficiency in the Republic of Tatarstan program, the main challenges, and achievements in the real sectors of economy in the towns and municipalities of the Republic. The journal columns contain information on advanced techniques, specific projects, problems and solutions in the relevant areas, scientific research, and practical developments in energy resource saving, including those in natural, technical, social, and soft sciences.
The journal is a Republic-wide scientific, technical, information, and analytical mass medium.
