National and municipal institutions and authorities will be required to submit their energy consumption declarations for the year 2020 in compliance with the legislation within the period from August 1 to November 1, 2021. No information submission is required before this period starts. The changes only apply to reporting in 2021.
New terms are captured in Order No. 23 of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia dated January 25, 2021 “On Amendments to Paragraph 4 of the Procedure for Submitting the Energy Resources Consumption Declaration, approved by Order No. 707 of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia dated October 28, 2019” (registered by the Ministry of Justice of Russia under No. 62669 dated March 5, 2021).
