This Personal Data Privacy Policy (hereinafter, the Privacy Policy) shall apply to all data the Tatarstan International Forum on Energy & Resource Efficiency and Ecology (TEF) (hereinafter, TEF) website located at the domain name of tef.tatar, as well as at its subdomains, can collect regarding the User utilizing the tef.tatar website, its subdomains, programs, and products.
1. Definition of Terms
1.1. The following terms shall have the following meanings within this Privacy Policy:
1.1.1. "Website Administration" (hereinafter, the Administration) shall mean the employees authorized to administer the Tatarstan International Forum on Energy & Resource Efficiency and Ecology (TEF) website, who arrange and/or perform personal data processing, as well as define the goals of personal data processing, data scope to be processed, and actions/operations performed regarding personal data.

1.1.5. "Tatarstan International Forum on Energy & Resource Efficiency and Ecology (TEF)" Website shall mean a set of interlinked web pages located in the Internet at the unique URL address:tef.tatar, as well as its subdomains.
1.1.6. "Subdomains" shall mean pages or a set of pages located at the third-level domains owned by the Tatarstan International Forum on Energy & Resource Efficiency and Ecology (TEF) website, as well as any other temporary pages with the Administration's contact information at the bottom
1.1.5. "User of the Tatarstan International Forum on Energy & Resource Efficiency and Ecology (TEF) website" (hereinafter, the User) shall mean a person having access to the Tatarstan International Forum on Energy & Resource Efficiency and Ecology (TEF) website via Internet and using the information, materials, and products of the Tatarstan International Forum on Energy & Resource Efficiency and Ecology (TEF) website.
1.1.7. "Cookies" shall mean a small piece of data sent by the web server and stored on the user's computer, which the web client or web browser sends in an HTTP-request to the web server each time when trying to open a page at the relevant website.

2. General Provisions

3.4. Any other personal information unspecified above, such as visiting history, browsers used, operating systems, etc., shall be subject to secure storage and non-dissemination, except to the extent provided for in sub-clause 5.2. of this Privacy Policy.
4. Purpose of Collecting the User's Personal Data
4.1. The Administration may use the User's Personal Data in order to:

5.4. The Administration shall take necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal data against unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, blocking, copying, dissemination, and other illegal actions of any third parties.
5.5. In cooperation with the User, the Administration shall take all necessary measures to prevent from losses or any other adverse consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of the User's personal data.
6. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
6.1. The User shall be entitled to:
6.1.1. Make a discrete decision regarding providing his/her personal data necessary for using the Tatarstan International Forum on Energy & Resource Efficiency and Ecology (TEF) website, and give his/her consent to processing such data.
6.1.2. Update and/or complement the personal data provided, in case of any changes in such information.
6.1.3. The User shall be entitled to receive from the Administration any information on processing his/her personal data, provided that such a right is not limited in accordance with federal laws. The User shall be entitled to require from the Administration a clarification of his/her personal data, blocking or destructing such personal data, provided that such personal data is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, obtained illegally, or unnecessary for the declared processing purpose, as well as to take any legal measures of protecting his/her rights. 6.2. The Administration shall:
6.2.1. Use the information received solely for the purposes specified in sub-clause 4 hereof.
6.2.2. Ensure that the confidential information is kept secret and that it is not disclosed without the User's prior written consent, as well as that the User's personal data provided to them is not sold, exchanged, published, or disclosed in any other possible ways, except for sub-clause 5.2 hereof.
6.2.3. Take precautions to protect the confidentiality of the User's personal data in accordance with the procedures typically used to protect such information in the existing business turnover.
6.2.4. Block personal data relating to the relevant User from the date of the reference or request of the User or his/her legal representative, or a body authorized to protect the rights of personal data owners for the verification period, in case of identifying any unreliable personal data or illegal actions.
7. Liabilities of the Parties.
7.1. Should the Administration fail to fulfill their obligations, they must be liable for the losses incurred by the User due to the illegal use of personal data, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, except to the extent specified in sub-clauses 5.2 and 7.2 hereof.
7.2. In case of losing or disclosing the Confidential Information, the Administration shall not be liable, provided that such confidential information:
7.2.1. Has become publicly available before being lost or disclosed.
7.2.2. Has been received from a third party before being received by the Resource Administration.
7.2.3. Was disclosed with the User's consent.
7.3. The User shall be fully liable for compliance with the requirements of the Russian legislation, including without limitation the laws on advertizing, on protecting copyright and related rights, on protecting trademarks and service marks, including the full responsibility for the contents and forms of the materials.
7.4. The User shall acknowledge that the liability for any information, including without limitation: Data files, texts, etc., which he/she may have access to as a part of the Tatarstan International Forum on Energy & Resource Efficiency and Ecology (TEF) website, shall be borne by the person that has provided such information.
7.5. The User shall agree that the information provided to him/her as a part of the Tatarstan International Forum on Energy & Resource Efficiency and Ecology (TEF) website, can be an intellectual property asset, the rights to which are reserved and held by other Users, partners, or advertisers who post such information on the Tatarstan International Forum on Energy & Resource Efficiency and Ecology (TEF) website.

7.8. The Administration shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages caused by: Using or inability to use the website or any individual services; unauthorized access to the User's communications; or any statements or behavior of any third parties on the website.
7.9. The Administration shall not be liable for any information posted by the user on the Tatarstan International Forum on Energy & Resource Efficiency and Ecology (TEF) website, including without limitation: Copyrighted information, without the express consent of the copyright owner.
8. Dispute Resolution
8.1. Before filing any court demand regarding disputes arising from the relationship between the User and the Administration, it is mandatory to submit a claim, i.e., a written proposal or an electronic proposal on the voluntary settlement of the dispute.
8.2. The claimee shall notify the claimer on the judgement in writing or electronically within 30 calendar days upon the receipt of the claim.
8.3. Should no agreement be achieved, the dispute shall be referred to the Commercial Court of Kazan.
8.4. This Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Administration shall be governed by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
9. Additional Terms and Conditions
9.1. The Administration shall be entitled to modify this Privacy Policy without the User's consent.
9.2. The new Privacy Policy shall come into force starting from the date of posting it on the Tatarstan International Forum on Energy & Resource Efficiency and Ecology (TEF) website, unless otherwise provided by the revised Privacy Policy.
