Results of the Russian National Competition «The Best Energy Service Company of Russia», were summarized on February 26, 2021. The competition is organized by the industry-focused Internet portal EnergoNews.
58 companies from 64 territorial entities of Russia competed for the title of the 2020's best energy service in 4 nominations. Participants were evaluated by an expert jury including power engineering professionals and the EnergoNews editorial staff.

Tatenergosbyt OJSC took the first place in the «Most Customer-Focused Energy Service Company» nomination that estimated the core principles and practices of servicing for legal entities and individuals
The company's project titled «Integrating the Energy Service Company's Functions and Payments for Housing and Utilities in Tatenergosbyt OJSC» took the second place in the «Energy Service Project of the Year». Creating a single payment document and a single-window system for all housing and public utilities services allowed optimizing the company's costs. Within the framework of the project, a unified billing system was developed, based on the Utility Payments package, 47 disparate databases being transferred to the central server capacities. As a result of such unification, the number of personal accounts serviced increased from 880,000 to 1.7 million over the year.
Tatenergosbyt OJSC also took the second place in the «Corporate Citizen» nomination. The jury highly appreciated the reports on socially valuable activities, such as staff training, advanced training, support, and adaptation; labor safety; vocational skills competitions; sports, cultural, and environmental events; and charitable activities.
